become as comfortable as possible with the movements, a 15 minute WOD can
make you fitter but not necessarily more proficient. Most athletes require
additional time spend to master certain movements.
Workout of the Day (WOD) program - Please see the above listed schedule while
we have a semi open gym policy(unlimited use) the classes take priority for the
equipment and space and open gym will not be allowed during a scheduled class.
