We program our own WOD's here @ CrossFit Asia not because we think we
can do it better but because we have available to us space and equipment you
won't find in most garage gyms.
We will never trade in the .COM philosophy
or approach to training we are just able to add more variance. "We fail @ the
margins of our experience"
Coach Glassman. We encourage every athlete to
spend as much time here as you need to become as comfortable as possible
with the movements, a 15 minute WOD can make you fitter but not necessarily
more proficient.  Most athletes require additional time spend to master certain
movements.

We are open 6 AM - 8 PM Monday - Friday and 10 AM - 7 PM Saturday & Sunday.

Workout of the Day (WOD) program - Please see the above listed schedule while
we have a semi open gym policy(unlimited use) the classes take priority for the
equipment and space and open gym will not be allowed during a scheduled class.

Before becoming an unlimited use member, everyone completes either a
Fundamentals Boot Camp or the Fundamentals Fast Track program. We
want you to have a solid understanding of CrossFit and its fundamental
movements. Our class schedule is broken into beginner, intermediate and
"by invite only" advanced classes. This is to focus on safe and effective
technique that will give you the tools you need for successful progression.

Read below for more detail on each of our Fundamentals Programs:

FUNDAMENTALS BOOT CAMP
Our Fundamentals Boot Camp is designed to train you in 9 fundamental
functional movements: squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press,
push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull and medicine ball
clean. We teach one movement per session and also do a workout
incorporating the new skill with skills you already learned. These workouts
typically combine these weightlifting movements with gymnastics/bodyweight
movements - push-ups, pull-ups, dips, sit-ups, lunges, box jumps, etc.. and
traditional conditioning such as running & rowing. We also do kettlebell
swinging and "austere" workouts including flipping tires. Our goal is to get you
started with a solid foundation, not just by improving your fitness initially, but
also making sure you learn what you need to do to continue improving beyond
the boot camp.

FUNDAMENTALS FAST TRACK
Fundamentals Fast Track takes you through all 9 fundamental
movements and a workout in each session with a coach one-
on-one - in a total of 4 sessions. The rest of your first month's
membership is included, so you would then come in when you
want and follow the Workout of the Day (WOD) or a scaled/
modified WOD, usually with some assistance from a coach.
Fast Track is best for people who have done some strength &
conditioning training in the past and would be confident and
competent working with less instruction sooner. We can do FFT
as a group class at a discounted fee if all participants are
committed to the same appointments.
Fundamentals Fast Track classes are scheduled between you and your coach.
