ABOUT US
CrossFit Asia is the first purpose-built
CrossFit gym in Asia and is located in
Japan's southernmost prefecture on the
island of Okinawa. Our program is high
intensity, highly-varied, functional exercise
that is essential for everyone and adaptable
to anyone willing to work hard. CrossFit
uses a variety of functional conditioning
activities - including running, rowing,
weightlifting (using barbells,dumbbells,
kettlebells, medicine balls etc...), jumping
and basic gymnastic/ calisthenics. These
functional movements and basic equipment
are combined in a huge variety of imaginative
workouts performed at high intensity that
have produced awesome results for everyone
who has committed themselves to learning
good technique, consistency and intensity.
CrossFit is unversally scalable,which means
we do not change the work out, we scale the
load to meet your fitness level.
