Death by Burpees
Do 1 Burpee the first minute
2 Burpees the second minute
3 Burpees the third minute
Continue until you can no longer do
the number of burpees for the designated
minute.

Athletes unless you absolutely need to make up a WOD
we have a ton of stuff to get done in preparation for this
weekend. We want you to get your WOD on but please
understand that we will be very busy @ the same time.
We will try to give you the best service possible, but this
weekend represents us as a community and I want to have
this place ready to provide the best Regional we can possibly
put on!!!

"Snatch"
AMRAP in 1 minute of:
Power Snatch,
Muscle Snatch,
Snatch @ 115/85 (You may use a combination of
any of the 3 forms of Snatch)
Then work up to a heavy single for Snatch.
The snatch;
is an Olympic movement where the bar is moved from the
ground to the overhead in a single movement. The bar
should be received in the overhead squat position.

Some of the best in the world come out of China...
Turn down the volume, watch and learn! At 7:53 the
lifter executes a near textbook lift but if you watch
his elbow bends while in the squat. He is not given
credit for the lift for this reason.. pretty insane!!
