"Tabata Something Else"
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed
by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are
pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals
are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats.
There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

Clean and Jerk
As many reps as possible in 1 minute @ 3/4
body weight. (You can use any form of clean,
any shoulder to overhead for this part of the
WOD)
Then
Work up to a heavy single for this movement.
THIS IS A SQUAT CLEAN AND A PUSH OR SPLIT
JERK. Push Pressing or Shoulder pressing will result
in a NO REP!

Death by Burpee Pull Ups
do one Burpee pull up the first minute
two burpee pull ups the second minute
three burpee pull ups the third minute
continue until you can no longer do the
prescribed number of burpee pull ups for
the for the prescribed minute. Use as many
sets as possible to complete the repetitions
for the given minute.
