Clean and Jerk
Perform 15 reps unbroken
Use the heaviest load possible
Perform 12 reps unbroken
Use the heaviest load possible
Perform 9 reps unbroken
Use the heaviest load possible
Rest as needed between sets, you may increase the
load as repetitions increase. Any set that is not
completed unbroken is a failed set and must be
re-accomplished at either the same or a lesser load
There is no time limit, but the weight cannot be
rested on the ground. Resting at the hang,
rack, or overhead is O.K. At the ground, the
athlete must touch and go. Technique is
otherwise not critical, power clean, muscle
clean or squat clean are all acceptable
movements.

Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)
In this workout you move from each of five stations
after a
minute. The clock does not reset or stop
between exercises. This is a
five-minute round from
which a one-minute break is allowed before
repeating.
On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next
station
immediately for best score. One point is given
for each rep, except on
the rower where each calorie
is one point.
Add your points and post them to comments. You know you do not need to do competitor training
to participate in Crossfit Competitions. The CrossFit
Open (Sponsored by CrossFit HQ and Reebok) is
starting in March and regardless of your current
skill level you can participate competitively or fot fun.
If competing isn't your thing we will also be looking for
judges to make sure athletes adhere to the standards
set forth by The CrossFit Games Committee. As a
community I really hope we can all find a way to enjoy
the CrossFit Open together.
