Starting in January we will be recognizing an "Athlete
of the Month".  This athlete will represent all the attributes
that we @ CFA hold dear; commitment, enthusiasm, hard
work and camaraderie to name a few.  Along with the
recognition there might even be a prize or two to go along
with it!! 2011 is going to be a great year!!

2 pull ups the second minute
3 pull ups the third minute....
continue until you can no longer
complete the number of pull ups for
for the prescribed minute.  You can
break the pull ups into sets
as needed.

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations

after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop

between exercises. This is a five-minute round from

which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating.

On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next

station immediately for best score. One point is given

for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie

is one point.

Add your points and post them to comments.

for 15 Minutes.  Start light and increase every minute;
Go heavy and try to maintain the same weight for 15
minutes;  Start heavy work until failure and reduce the
load

We will be running a Team format Regionals
Tune Up over the holidays (between Xmas and New Years)
This is for everyone not only the competitive CrossFitters,
and we will use universal scaling so everyone can play.  Grab
a friend or two and get ready for some CF fun to ring in the
New Year.  There will be a nominal fee per Team that will go
towards sending athletes to the Games in 2011!
