So I totally screwed up the announcements yesterday..
Let me try again...

Wednesday is a rest day .. there will be no 1730 class
If you need to make up a WOD please plan accordingly.

Saturday is Bootcamp orientation so the gym will be
closed from 1100 to 1300. 
1400 will be a Team WOD in costume (or not)
with a Good vs Evil theme (teams will be made
based on the costume).

Evening WOD's will be the normal programming.

Sunday is a Rest Day.. there will be no WOD other
than the Free 1000 WOD .. which anyone is welcome
to come to....

it's a rest day so if you need to make up a WOD
please plan appropriately.  There will be no 1730
WOD but the 1815 is still on!



Change to the schedule
I totally overlooked that Kadena Changed Halloween
so I have adjusted the time below to accommodate those
athletes with Kids. See below!


Saturday we will be doing a Team Halloween WOD, wear
a costume, the theme will be Good vs.Evil....again we will
run this WOD @ 1400.. We will be doing bootcamp orientation
so there is no 1200 WOD, but we will have regular programming
for the evening WOD's

A WOD

Ten rounds for time of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-up

For weighted pull-ups place a 45 pound

dumbbell between the legs above crossed

ankles and jettison the dumbbell after third

rep and continue with strict pull-ups and then

the kipping pull-ups. Coming off the bar or

going to ground constitutes termination of a set.

Post time and number of sets to completion.
