10 Snatches 95/65 lbs
15 Box Jumps 24"/20"
The snatch is received in the bottom of an overhead
squat. If you cannot perform this movement safely
perform a Power snatch, then a overhead squat for
each repetition
"B" WOD (Warrior WOD)
800 m Run
30 Box Jumps
15 Push Press 75/55#
30 Sit-ups
15 Push Press
30 Back Ext
400 m Run
