If CrossFit is presented properly its an easy sell .. people sell themselves on it.. As for how do we get results... Well its mostly about honesty ... Tell people what they need to hear not what they want to hear .. be harsh when you need to and supportive always... Most of all call bullshit when you think something is bullshit.. stroking an ego for the sake of not hurting someones feelings never turns out well in the end... As for the magic formula to get these results .. its nothing new .. no grains, sugars, lectins or gluten.. eat quality cuts of meat preferably from pastured/wild sources, large servings of green leafy veggies, good fats from both saturated and unsaturated sources, plenty of sleep, sunlight, and vigorous exercise for short duration ... keep a log for accountability...
