WHAT IS CROSSFIT

specializing. Combat, survival, many

designed for universal scalability

any committed individual regardless of
experience. We’ve used our same routines
for elderly individuals with heart
disease and cage fighters one month out
from televised bouts. We scale load and
intensity; we don’t change programs.

4:37 Rx'd. I need some skills. and not nunchuck skills.
Last time I did this workout was in May of 2008 and it took me 5:46 @ 115#. This time at the same weight I did it in 3:27. Seeing real results certainly helps feed my crossfit addiction. Now I just need to continue to work on increasing my shoulder strength.
Oops. I meant May 2009 was the last time I did this WOD.
