Congrats to Kay!! She went after her monthly
goal and got a body weight Clean and Jerk!!

Its a new month, last month the Goals board
was pretty barren, lets fill it up this month and
have some focus for our monthly goal!!!

THERE WILL BE NO STRENGTH TRAINING
HOUR THIS WEEK!! WE WILL RESTART OUR
STRENGTH CYCLE NEXT TUESDAY!!
