We will be on holiday hours the 5th in recognition
of Independence day.
Don't forget we are closed until 1800 on the 1st and 2nd
for the level 1 Cert.
We will be making some big changes to the schedule come
August. Most of the main WOD times will remain the same
but with the addition of CrossFit Kids and a reduction in kids
room supervision some of you may be affected. We are
trying to make it as convenient for you as possible but again
we can't make everyone happy all the time unfortunately

There are a ton of people going to the Beach WOD
BBQ @ the Kadena Marina. If you are on the fence
about going do a couple drive by's and see if they
are having fun. We would love to see every single
athlete from the gym come out for the fun. It officially
starts @ 1000 but being fashionably late is acceptable
...rumor has it the WOD will be around 1400.

Location, Location, Location... We are moving the POSE clinic
to the track and field complex next to the beach tower hotel...
I will have to close a little earlier to be there by 1800 but just
go to the hotel parking lot and you will be able to meet up with
us...

Alot of you have been asking about POSE
running techniques, so here is the deal...
Monday is a rest day so I will be closing early
to head to Misato Park to do a POSE clinic...
I will be @ the gym until around 1745, so if you
want to meet there and follow me over it would
probably be easier than me trying to explain
where it is....

If you are doing the current strength training cycle
I recommend skipping this workout and working on
a skill or skills you are deficient in. Working on your
monthly goal is a great substitution .
1030 Class we need your help!! On Monday,
Wednesday and Friday please hang onto your
kids until 1000. The early kids care was supposed
for bootcamp and we tried to accommodate everyone
but its just getting too crowded. If you can wait until
1000 to set them loose in the kids room it should still
afford you plenty of time to get your warm up done...

sells for $88 during this sale they will be $55!!!!!!
Over the next few days I will be listing the prices of
selected items. We just have too much stuff sitting
around collecting dust and its time for spring cleaning!!

We will start pictures for the Lean Up Challenge tomorrow!
You will have until Sunday to get your pictures taken.... While
we will not enforce a dress code for the challenge pics it would
behoove you to where Shorts and a sports bra for women and
shorts for men.... Please though no butt nakedness!!!! We will
go over all the rules Saturday after the Nutrition Seminar.
There aren't many but they will be strictly enforced.

The Records board is really being under utilized..
every time you PR a work out you should be posting
it to the board. If you hit a new max lift post it to the
board.... As long as it happens here it counts!!
