Deadlift , 7 reps
Hang Power Clean, 7 reps
Front Squat, 7 reps
Chest to Overhead, 7 reps


Use 95 lbs for men 65 lbs for women
This is one of the Aussie sectional WOD's ..Hit
it hard!

funny..i just watched that aussie wod last night....let's just say it was a fun watch ladies ;)

I literally cannot wait to do this WOD

ok nevermind..i had seen the aussie "nasty girl"s WOD posted on the CF games page...& that was the fun one ;)

5 rounds +7DL+7HPC RX'd

5 rounds+9 reps Rx'd

4 Rds. + 18. Still working! OWAAT.

4 rnds +14...on my gosh was "Lucky Number 7?" a pain in my arse!

5 Rounds + 7DL + 7HPC + 7FS + 2 PJ Rx'd = no grip strength

5x1 shoulder press then the wod.
5 rounds and 3 deadlifts Rx'd.
