2 Sets of 8 @ 60% of 1RM
Pull from the ground
2 Sets of 2 @ 75% of 1RM
Pull from ground
1 Set of 1 @ 90% of 1RM
Pull from 2" Platform
1 Set of 1 @105% of 1RM
Pull from 4" Platform
Continue on to 110% and 115%
if you if your posterior
chain is still intact
*If you have not established baseline
Deadlift numbers do 5-5-3-3-1-1-1
