Max rounds and reps in eight minutes of:
4 Handstand push-ups
2 pood Kettlebell swing, 8 reps
12 GHD situps


If you are attempting to perform this WOD

to CF Games standard the Handstand push ups

should be performed on parallettes with 3 45lb

bumpers.  Kipping is not allowed!

used 2 abmats for HSPU and 24kg KB

4rds +1, now that I'm back, it's time to make up some ground, one workout at a time.

5rds +4HSPU...24kg...GHD

5rds +4. 24kg KB and band assisted HS push-ups.
