30 Toes to bar
30 Box jump, 24 inch box
15 Muscle-ups
40/25 pound dumbbell Push press / push

jerk, 30 reps
30 Double-unders
135/95 pound Thruster, 15 reps
30 Pull-ups
30 Burpees
300 feet Walking lunge with 45/

25lb plate held overhead

This is a 2009 CF Games WOD ..

I'm still delirious and I finished the workout over 2 hours ago! Whoa.

Used 85# for squat clean, 20" box, 20# DB, 70# for thruster, 25# OH walking lunge.
Walking lunge sucked the most!!!

I agree Kay... Those where the worst. I hope I NEVER see this WOD again..lol

forgot to add: 75# SquatClean & thrusters--MU progressions

32:23, RX'd except did 4 MU and 20 MU Progressions( should have done 22), and 95# Push Press w/ Bar bell. Walking Lunges are fun on asphalt...
