Used 85# for squat clean, 20" box, 20# DB, 70# for thruster, 25# OH walking lunge.
Walking lunge sucked the most!!!
I agree Kay... Those where the worst. I hope I NEVER see this WOD again..lol
forgot to add: 75# SquatClean & thrusters--MU progressions
32:23, RX'd except did 4 MU and 20 MU Progressions( should have done 22), and 95# Push Press w/ Bar bell. Walking Lunges are fun on asphalt...
