As always we will be running a Nutrition Seminar
directly following the Boot Camp Intro.... This is
free for members $25 for non-members. Please
find a sitter for your kids as it really sucks for them
to not be able to "play" in the play area because of
the lecture.

Champion Jason Kalipa!! Even Tyler Quinn's mom is
coming as an intern trainer!! I hope she brings his
