I see some muscle ups in his future!!

I know we are trying some new stuff in regards
to the programming but we aren't making this
stuff up ... these are vetted techniques used by
the strongest folks in the world.  We don't have
to have a near death experience every WOD for
it to be effective, which I am so grateful for
!! 
Please just bear with us and you will reap the
benefits!
  We promised you in our new years
mission statement that there would be some
changes in the works to make all our athletes
better, faster and stronger this is all part of it!

then bushido as rx'd - 20 minutes even. that sucked and i almost puked. good wod though, jamie.

"baby" bushido - 9:52(progressions, 16kgKB)...felt like throwing up at the end...

We dont have rings here but the CCTs do have lots and LOTS of kettlebells so I did 3 pullups and 3 dips for each one... murder death kill ..15:54
