There were a lot of PR's this month, both in Metcon's
and strength centric WOD's. Should we continue on
this course with programming or gravitate back to
the main page?
AM Boot Camp is a go for the 8th!!! There are still
a couple spots open .. get in here and reserve your
spot before its too late .. we will only have room for 12
total participants!
A week and a half left in the Lean Up Challenge!! Make
one last push this week, we will start taking photo's on
Tuesday and to be eligible you MUST have your picture
taken by Wednesday evening before we close ..
Voting
will continue until Friday and we will
announce the winner that evening during our first annual
C2 Fishing Tournament.
Entry will be $10 and there will be a prize for the winner!
Come on out and have a good time with the lean up challenge
winners, fishing tournament participants and a keg of beer.. We
might even throw a "Century" in there for some extra fun!

i really like the programming weve got going. I think it's helped me work/focus on my weaknesses; thus getting me more confident at doing them.
I like the WODs a lot this past month. Let's keep it going.
I know I'm not there anymore, but I just wanted to give my two cents. I have been watching/stalking...whatever CFA's programming and I think you are doing a great job. :) Everyone there is very lucky to have all that equipment available and to have awesome coaches. Your programming does not focus on doing a lot of the same things all the time. There is definitely a good mix in the WODs. I also think that your programming gives everyone the opportunity to excel as an athlete. I wish I was there, but I love seeing pics of everyone there kicking ass! Keep it up, guys! Miss you all!!

I like CFA's programming. I agree with Joy that it's nice to do different WOD's rather than the same thing all the time. The CFA WOD's appear to being showing solid results in CFA's members. Additionally, some of the main page's WOD's have been a little hinky of late. I mean come on....Ring Hand Stand Push-Ups....REALLY? Let's stick to the current programming. Just my two cents.
