I am going to say this one time... If a trainer
tells you to scale or that you should do a
scaled movement you thank them for helping
you and do it. If you cannot do that its time for
you to move on. I don't want to have to start
telling people that we won't accept their
membership fee. The bottom line is they are a
trainer here for a reason and if you can't take their
help in good faith this is not the place for you. I
love all of you but I will not have athletes second
guessing their trainers . it doesn't build for a
productive training environment.
