CrossFit is the principal strength
and conditioning program for many
police academies and tactical
operations teams, military special
operations units, champion martial
artists, and hundreds of other elite
and professional athletes worldwide.
Our program delivers a fitness that
is, by design, broad, general, and
inclusive. Our specialty is not
specializing. Combat, survival, many
sports, and life reward this kind of
fitness and, on average, punish the
specialist.The CrossFit program is
designed for universal scalability
making it the perfect application for
any committed individual regardless of
experience. We’ve used our same routines
for elderly individuals with heart
disease and cage fighters one month out
from televised bouts. We scale load and
intensity; we don’t change programs.

Sometimes its really hard to post only one pic for the day when we have so many warriors throwing down. Awesome job this past week everyone. All of you have been inspirational.

Did Jan 16 Mainsite WOD. Lost count even though I tried counting backwards from 60 on my squats to get my numbers. 2 year old asking questions helped me loose track. So I just kept alternating for the full 12 min and just about died. Squat, pullup, squat, push ups, in 1 min increments. Math explained on mainsite. Pull up bar in E's house is horrid. So glad I returned the one I got for Christmas. I will most likely build my own in the states similar to ours at CFA.
great team meeting last night everyone!
