Rest when you can!!!!We will be closing @ 1830 tomorrow!!! It's a
rest day and we have a trainer meeting
scheduled.. Sorry if this effects your plans but
we need to get some logistics taken care of...

has anyone checked out beyondthewhiteboard.com? im just wondering if anyone has any thoughts, if they've used it, if its worth the 3 dollars :)
Ash I used to use it .. Then they started charging .. it has alot of bells and whistles but I haven't really seen how it can truly rank you against athletes around the globe when everyone seems to have their own standards for movement..It's a solid program but I don't think it will make anyone a better athlete than logging in a book will.. If people show enough interest I can register for it as an affiliate and I think that allows all members to use it...
