Hope everyone enjoyed the Nutrition seminar.
I wish I could find a way to keep it under two
hours but that wouldn't make it much fun. 
Maybe we should let Nicolle do the next one.

tomorrow.  Please try to get yourself signed
up for the LEAN UP CHALLENGE
