12 Muscle-ups
75 Squats

If you are close to performing a muscle up do

Muscle up progressions.  If not do strict pull-ups

and full dips @ a 2:1 trade off

Himeka and Musa are already level 1 trainers! perfect!

MU progressions @ 2:1 = 15:43 .. im diggin these raw spots on my arm from the bands..
