Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

You guys are CRAZY!! This workout is exactly the same as "Angie", but on steroids!

Jason .. prescisely why we did deadlifts yesterday instead of cindy ..
300 pull ups in 3 days ..doesn't make sense to me but 200 with a day in between .. sounds like some painful fun!!
its actually very different from angie but we can leave that debate for another time =)

34:56 Rx'd Woohweee. It does feel to know that, even if I don't FEEL like I'm doing a lot better,
my times from 7 months ago are much slower than those now.
Damn you Pat Barber and your 26 minute Barbara.
