We will pick up where we left off with our
Oly Lift Workshop, on Sunday we will hit
the Clean and maybe even the Jerk! We will
start @ 1600 and probably go until close so
plan accordingly.... Again if you cannot squat
below parallel or keep your elbows up in a front
squat, you should not be focusing on advanced
movements like Olympic lifting, your attention is
better spent working the fundamental movements.
This doesn't mean you are not welcome to attend
it just means you should probably stop putting the
cart before the horse!!!

THERE WILL BE NO CLASSES AFTER 1600 ON
SUNDAY!!!

looking forward to seeing everyone at the Oly Lifting workshop! if you had difficulty with the full squat clean WOD on Tuesday, Sunday will be perfect for you!!!

I did 150 kettlebell swings. 8:33(16kg)
I`m gonna go see the doctor tomorrow...seriously.
