make sure to increase all loads by 15% this week.
If it is a body weight exercise or increase
the repetitions or distance by 15%!!!

Pr on clean today!! 135!! And now that I'm over the hurdle of being psyched out by big weights on the bar, I'm ready for more!!

5 rds even... @ 170lbs BW currently = 151 I had 20 seconds left when I was decided that 5 rds even was enough GREAT WOD!
