For those of you who did or didn't attend our
last nutrition workshop a lot of great info was
put out.  much of it was also captured by
Robb Wolf during a recent podcast.  Have
a listen the guy has some incredible things
to say in regards to nutrition and performance!

Okay so i did this also at the risner at like 1330 this afternoon and I was still sore from Annie this morning also Im not sure about the accuracy of the clock in there but I got a 4:45-50 ish so like the exact same as last time.. note to self, underhand pullups make this SO much easier
