Even 3 firebreathers were unable to move
the bar with only their minds... I think the bar
won the stare down too!!

For those of you who showed for the 06:30 class
very sorry that no one was here.. call it a scheduling
snafu... I am going to come up with a plan that when
things like this happen you will still have access .. again
my apologies!!

10rounds.
I did MU progression, partial HSPU w/2abmats(barely touching at the end...), used 24kg KB.

9 rounds + ring pullups+dips (ring PU, ring dips, pikes, Rx'd weight)

13 rounds, w/ 1.5 pood KB and pike pushups, and some navy seal getting in the way.

Tacoma got 14 rounds, assisted pullups, and dips, regular pushups, and 1 pood KB

15rds +2+2

9 rds. + 1 MU Rx'd...It wasn't pretty, but it was a PR. Gotta keep working on my goats.
