specializing. Combat, survival, many

any committed individual regardless of
experience. We’ve used our same routines
for elderly individuals with heart
disease and cage fighters one month out
from televised bouts. We scale load and
intensity; we don’t change programs.

hung the rings from the bomb racks today and did angie on the cargo ramp, hahaha... 25:12 ring pull ups, and 1/2 knee pushups
