Qualifying for the 2010 games is only a
few months away! There is some great
info on the CF Games page to include
the video that was posted today!!! Get
some advice from 4 multiple time games
competitors... I think we are on the right
track and hopefully the the training plan I
am bringing back with me.... It's not the holy
grail and if you feel we are missing something
let us know but I think it will have us in the
right direction!!!

I didnt have a way to do sit ups, but I did have a pullup bar!

JReece it was 50M which equates to roughly 150'
