the first half of the cert today was mind blowing. Ive relearned things I thought I was okay or good at and now im 100% confident in my abilities with those things. I have taken so much from just those 8 hours its incredible.

Diane - 165#, 3:1 handstand holds, and it didnt take me like 10 tries to get into a handstand this time! 6:55
