designed for universal scalability

any committed individual regardless of
experience. We’ve used our same routines
for elderly individuals with heart
disease and cage fighters one month out
from televised bouts. We scale load and
intensity; we don’t change programs.

the first half of the cert today was mind blowing. Ive relearned things I thought I was okay or good at and now im 100% confident in my abilities with those things. I have taken so much from just those 8 hours its incredible.
