unfortunately like nearly everybody
who comes here their time is up and

Cert. lined up for early April but first we
need to sell out the Gymnastics Cert...
This is what everybody wanted and we
made it happen now lets get it sold out
so that it makes it easier for us to get
these specialty certs out here.

NUTRITION WORKSHOP
We are going to combine forces on Saturday
19 Sept.and do a full blown Nutrition Workshop
with both those of you who have been begging for
a nutrition seminar and our new bootcampers.
It will be directly following the bootcamp fitness
assessment so be flexible between 1200 and 1230!
If you are still new to CrossFit you shouldn't miss
this!!!!!

One simple Rule... You can puke, you can cry,
the only thing you can't do is quit!!!
Remembered it!!! We Need a lot more people to get registered for
the Fight Gone Bad Fundraiser. AAFES New Car Sales has
very graciously sponsored us for this event. Lets do something
great for both the Athletes for a Cure and Wounded Warrior
Foundation Charities!! You don't need to be an elite athlete
to participate just a member of our gym who wants to contribute
by doing a fun workout!!

Great work Z your work capacity has taken
a huge jump in the past couple of months...
Athletes this is going to be a long
grueling WOD tomorrow. I recommend
you get to the earliest WOD available so
that you don't miss it. If we have 15 people
show up for the 1930 WOD chances are you
are going to miss out. Remember we only
have 6 rowers.

Ok so this has nothing to do with CrossFit or
our gym but my nephew made the football
team!!! Good Job Dan!! As always I am very
proud of you!!
In other news in case you missed it
we will be on holiday hours Friday through
Monday! That means the first warrior WOD
on those days will be @ 1200!!
A week and a half out from the Cert.!!!!
