15+2MU Rx'd PR

10rds +3KBswings. I did ring PU for 4rds then changed to bar.(assisted ring dips, 24kg KB)
did 2more rounds than last time!

11+4ring pull-ups+4ring dips~white band ring dips and blue band HSPU. 24kg KB

9 rds +6+4+3. Did first 4 rds ring PU, then blue band bar PU. White band ring dips and 24 kg KB. Blue band assisted HSPU.

10 rds + 4 ring pull ups + 4 ring dips. Green band HSPU to round 8 then I did holds. 2 pood swings.
Did all ring pull ups/ring dips and got rid of the band on dips this time, and improved almost 3 rounds.

12rds +4 ring pu + 2 ring dips (MU first 2 sets, piked all HSPU, 2 pood KB)

Thanks Jamie for opening at 0600! I may rest tomorrow? BTW the box looks great!!
