It looks great, more room is always better.

Does anyone know the name of the crossfit Journal video where the military member does push presses, kettlebell swings, run 400m, and then shoot targets for like 4 rounds.

15 rds + 5 + 5 rxd

16 rds +5+10+7. White band pullups starting rd 4. Blue band pushups starting rd 10.

21 rds+2pullups--used the blue band on all sets

13 rds+5+8

only got 11 rounds

Birthday WOD in 14:06. it was nice being able to sit back and watch people do Cindy.

BAAAAAA! so close! 23rds +5+10+12.. note to self no more matrix wods
