roof. probably @ 1300. It won't be a main
page WOD but it will be fun!!!!

10 ring pull ups / 10 ring dips smallest band / 21 burpees 17:17

21:04(14 bar PU, 10 band ring dip)
waaay better than last time because I did 21 PU, 21Dips and 21 burpees 5rds, it took me almost 40min!!!!

19:53 10ring pull-ups/10 ring dips (wt band)

23:05 - ring pull ups and assisted blue band ring dips

24:07 as RX'd. I'm pleased

Apparently I need to do muscle ups and stop wasting my time..
