pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135

pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three

135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute...

continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed to comments.

June Olympic Lift Workshop was a blast!!

and Jerk portion.  We also need to get a CFA

Power cleans with 115lbs. 8 rounds +8. time ran out while i was getting that 9th jerk up. so close.

8rd + 8 reps at the buzzer, 95#

6 rds +5 - surley bitch, 75#

60# 9 rds + 7..... had no rhythem going like Viv. did... you rocked girl!!!
