Rx'd 15 rds 5+10+10

Mary ~ 8 rounds+5+10+3. Green Band HSPU. Little better than last time :D

I did Mary. 7Rds plus 3PU(Hand stand hold 3sec to 1 HSPU, stand on 8"box n did pistol)

Cindy: 17 rds+5 pullups+8 pushups
Scaled the pushups about halfway through...

Awesome WOD today, had both coaching oppurtunities
and plenty of group motivation! Cant wait for these ladies to cycle through again.

tonight i blew.. 19 rds + a pullup. REDO!

So, I am still following the WOD's in my garage! I did Mary for the first time as Rx'd!! (first time I could actually do all the HSPU for the entire WOD!!! I was ONE pull up shy of finishing off 11 rounds!!
