So, I am still following the WOD's in my garage! I did Mary for the first time as Rx'd!! (first time I could actually do all the HSPU for the entire WOD!!! I was ONE pull up shy of finishing off 11 rounds!!

Awesome WOD today, had both coaching oppurtunities
and plenty of group motivation! Cant wait for these ladies to cycle through again.
