WHAT IS CROSSFIT

Our program delivers a fitness that
is, by design, broad, general, and

specializing. Combat, survival, many
sports, and life reward this kind of
fitness and, on average, punish the
specialist.The CrossFit program is
designed for universal scalability
making it the perfect application for
any committed individual regardless of
experience. We’ve used our same routines
for elderly individuals with heart
disease and cage fighters one month out
from televised bouts. We scale load and
intensity; we don’t change programs.

Good job Rob, a lot of us wish we could do what you do.
24:25. Had to walk a little up the giant hill
28:40, I think this is my worst 5K time ever. E and I didn't get out on the road till nearly 0800 (HOT!!!!) Then after about 1/2 mile we realized we had to go home for ID's so we could leave base..... so that was our warm up then we did the WOD. I think we were both ready to die when it was over. Hate ending with a hill, kills my time!!
