50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

everything as Rx'd except rope jump at end: 27:50

35's/20"/16kg/14lb/tuck jumps = 17:58

32:04(20"box, 12kgKB,35#bar,12#MB)
last time was 36:04, so next goal will be sub 30min.

25:48! All fifty with 100 sit ups instead of knees to elbows and crazy jump things instead of double unders.

29:43 and i wanted to die.

filthy 35's one last time with workouts as Rx'd 2 min and change faster than last time @ 16:40. next time.. all 50
