SQ 295/ SP 155 / DL 435 = CFT 885
The last time I did the Crossfit Total (late Feb or early Mar) I did 605 lbs. combined (BS 245lbs, SP 113lbs, DL 245lbs). I had just joined Crossfit Asia at that point. Today I did 736 lbs. combined (BS 295lb, SP 126lbs, DL 315lbs). It's nice to see that all the times I wanted to puke my guts out and was too sore to walk are paying off. Thanks Jamie, Vicky, the rest of the Crossfit Asia staff, and the (0600) morning crew.
BS-175 (met PR), no SP, DL - 230 = 405 sans SP
BS-295/SP-155/DL-315/CFT=765
PR'd all three. 370 BS/190 SP/455 DL = 1015 CFT
BS - 275, SP - 115, DL - 275 = 665
I suck at deadlifts. and the press.
BS- 165 (PR!) SP- 75 (PR!) DL- 155 (previously met PR!) For a total of 395. Maybe next time I'll break 400.
