Tomorrow is our inaugural "bowling for time"
get together thingy. We have the lanes reserved
for 1730 (5:30pm). If you are not into bowling or
being social there is an arcade, skating rink,
karaoke, batting cages, etc. We will close @
1530 tomorrow so get the WOD in early!!!

helllll yeah.. 7 rounds 144 pullups!

6rounds 56 pullups.

maybe one of these days i'll give my hands a minute to heal

6 rds / 37 pull ups. im also 1 of those ppl that i very weak in pull ups. already added to my goals 2 improve

7 Rounds 101.. runs were slow.. I blame my legs =)
