CrossFit is the principal strength
and conditioning program for many
police academies and tactical
operations teams, military special
operations units, champion martial
artists, and hundreds of other elite
and professional athletes worldwide.
Our program delivers a fitness that
is, by design, broad, general, and
inclusive. Our specialty is not
specializing. Combat, survival, many
sports, and life reward this kind of
fitness and, on average, punish the
specialist.The CrossFit program is
designed for universal scalability
making it the perfect application for
any committed individual regardless of
experience. We’ve used our same routines
for elderly individuals with heart
disease and cage fighters one month out
from televised bouts. We scale load and
intensity; we don’t change programs.

Handstand pull-ups eh? Someone's going to have to demo that for me.
so, how does one do a handstand pull up exactly :)
13:02 12 kg and 24 in bench for hspu.
HSPU done with imagination, :)
11:38 assisted HSPU
13:48(3:1Hold, 16kgKB) I don`t know exactly how long I was holding for 1st and 2nd round,
but I count to 40...
hahaha :)
14:32 16kgKB, green band HSPU
10:38/16kg/Pike HSPU
10:23/24kg/pike HSPU
9:54 with a 16kg kb, 3:1 handstand holds. I'll use the 24kg next time.
Also, it was awesome doing the WOD with a big group like today.
10:03 w/16KG; green band HSPUs
terrible.. esp the form I should have used a 16kg but I used the 24 and did it as Rx'd 10:56 HSPUs were partials and the last round was a hold @ 3:1
11:12--I now I can better. 3:1 (27 sec) handstand hold (1st time doin HS) and 16kg KB.
10:21 6 HSPU the first round then holds, 4 hspu's the other two rounds then holds
