Ten rounds for time of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-up

For weighted pull-ups place a 45 pound dumbbell

between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison

the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict

pull-ups and then the kipping pull-ups. Coming off

the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of

a set.

Post time and number of sets to completion.

an introduction to "Fran". Great Job and Welcome

ATTENTION: Don't forget we are
getting social with some "Bowling for Time"
this coming sunday! We will be open from
1000-1500 then its off to Round 1 for some
fun for the whole family. If you're mot into
bowling there is plenty of other things to do
like mechanical bull riding or burpees on
someone's car in the parking lot!!!
Hey there is also still room in the Running and
Endurance Cert. ($395.00) the following weekend.
I know it's 4th of July Weekend but one thing is for
sure, you're not going to get recalled to work for some
silly exercise.

did 1-3-5, 25#, in 12:20 with 26 sets for the 10 rds

I did 120pull ups for time. 16:31
It hurt....

1-3-5/15#/29 sets, 10rds in 13:50

my handssss.....

I did 2-4-6 instead of 3-5-7 and my first 3 rounds were with a 45# then to finish I had to drop to a 25#.. 40 min faster than the first time I did this 19:23
