Handstand push-ups 5 reps
Bench press 135 pounds, 10 reps
Push press 95 pounds, 15 reps
Dips 20 reps

completed 3rounds(HandStandHold 3:1, 46pounds for bench and PushPress, used blue band for dip). 20people came in and did
WOD today but no one else has posted their results WTF!!??

..i would like the benefit of the doubt thanks! I dont usually post until after dinner when I get home.

13 dips shy of 5 rounds.. 95# bench 75# PushPress Handstand holds 3:1 (which I might add im terrible at.

3:1 handstand holds, 95# bench press, 65# push press, and bar dips. Finished 4 rounds and made it through 13 push presses. my last set of handstand holds turned in to box push ups, which turned into pushups, which turned into girl pushups. and had to use bands on my last two sets of dips.
remind me to listen to jamie more often. ridiculously humbling/humiliating workout. too bad there's no pics of me collapsing headfirst during the 3rd and 4th rounds of handstands.

Rob is a beast....truly impressive

-did first 5 hand stand push ups, the rest holds 3:1
-BP at 115#
-Push Press at 95#
-Dips with blue band
