Ran at PT for 45 mins... good enough :)
We ran something like a 5k (3.5m or thereabouts) but didn't time it.
bleh at long runs
..so it's pouring rain and I dont want to run. What do i do? Run anyway.. this is CrossFit, we dont rest for time! 20:13
