Rest Day or Skills and Drills
This position was explained to me by Dana yesterday. Growing population has begun to refer to it as the horizontal supine planch. Rumor is the movement itself is easy but the warm-up for it is absolutely exhausting

I did kelly today.. in 15:11!!! YEAH! it was scaled to a 20" box and a 16# wall ball and I did 15's instead of 30's... WOW death
40KM "Rest Day" bike yesterday, so did Kelly today - rowed 500m instead of 400m runs (2:11 ave pace) 24" box and 16lb MB in 29:54
Is planch the french version of plank?! HEHE =P
