for Time @ Comprehensive Park. Of course

Tomorrow is our inaugural "bowling for time"
get together thingy. We have the lanes reserved
for 1730 (5:30pm). If you are not into bowling or
being social there is an arcade, skating rink,
karaoke, batting cages, etc. We will close @
1530 tomorrow so get the WOD in early!!!

Ten rounds for time of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-up

For weighted pull-ups place a 45 pound dumbbell

between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison

the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict

pull-ups and then the kipping pull-ups. Coming off

the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of

a set.

Post time and number of sets to completion.

ATTENTION: Don't forget we are
getting social with some "Bowling for Time"
this coming sunday! We will be open from
1000-1500 then its off to Round 1 for some
fun for the whole family. If you're mot into
bowling there is plenty of other things to do
like mechanical bull riding or burpees on
someone's car in the parking lot!!!
Hey there is also still room in the Running and
Endurance Cert. ($395.00) the following weekend.
I know it's 4th of July Weekend but one thing is for
sure, you're not going to get recalled to work for some
silly exercise.

They are removing large amounts of DNA
in the form of skin off of their hands. Pull-ups;

Why is it that those who do not CrossFit are
so threatened by us? Is it because they
can't do this? or do they just dislike the idea
that there is no "Fit" in their fitness regimen
and we make that blatantly apparent?
