Five rounds,each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

getting your ass kicked by a workout just can't be
contained... and then there's those other times.
These two rockstars are always a ball of energy,
must have just been one of those days..keep your
chins up ladies you continue to impress us every-
time you walk through the door!!!
