Run 5K
Warrior WOD Run 3k or come in to work on your Pose running by doing 8 intervals of 400 Meters using Pose technique.

5K: (My GPS McTureous Route)right out McT gate onto 8, left to Tengan River at 2nd light, Left by Gymnastic school, right at Tengan river, left onto 75, left one road past px road, stop running when you hit 8. 23:39
23:56 - Tried a new route for time trialing - still need to check distance but from Gate 3 Kadena to the second light & back is flat & unobstructed. Worked on even 90RPM cadence - but overall too slow since I didn't achieve good speed with body lean & ROM at that cadence.
ran 5.4K in 29:13. Lousy time for me, guess I do better with a running partner (Elizabeth!!!! you snoozer)

20:59.. =( over a minute slower than last time .. but then I have run more than 90 meters in over 4 months

you just need to run harder on the WOD's ... don't run your 400 meter like a 5k =)
3.2 miles (on Joy's GPS), we ran at Kadena out of the back gate of Risner to the highschool, past the elementary to gate 2 and back.
